Ms. Annette L. Redmond

Director of Information Management

In October 2013, Ms. Annette L. Redmond was selected to the Defense Intelligence Senior Executive Service and appointed as the Director, Army Intelligence Community Information Management for the Deputy Chief of Staff for Intelligence, G-2. She provides operational and technical advice and oversight of infrastructure and Intelligence Community information management/information technology endeavors. She is the strategic manager and integrator of Army Intelligence information technology systems with Joint, National, and Intelligence Community systems. She focused on long-range strategies to provide timely and accurate support to tactical, operational, and strategic-level operations throughout the Army. She is committed to the highest standards of intelligence system readiness for the Warfighter.

Prior to this assignment, Ms. Redmond was the Special Advisor for Enterprise Intelligence Operations as a Defense Intelligence Senior Level for the Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM). Her senior intelligence operations expertise in National, Joint, Coalition and Army intelligence operational requirements aided INSCOM’s aggressive shift to Enterprise IT operations and the revolutionary shift to reach-back PED operations.

Ms. Redmond joined the Civil Service in 2005 and served as the Joint Staff J2’s Director for Enterprise Integration and Information Sharing. Ms. Redmond previously served in the U.S. Army, 1984-2005, retiring following 21 years of experience and progressive leadership as an Army Military Intelligence Officer.

Her military assignments included tours in Germany, Hawaii, and the Pentagon.
