Sarah Gardner

Sarah Gardner is the Director of Development at Thorn. Prior to joining Thorn, Sarah worked at Free the Slaves, an International NGO dedicated to ending modern day slavery, where she oversaw the Major Giving Program. Originally from Los Angeles but now based in Washington D.C., Sarah leads Thorn’s development efforts to raise support for all programmatic work, identify potential partners and expand Thorn’s network on the East Coast. Sarah holds a B.A. from the University of California Berkeley where she studied Art History and Gender Studies.
